Giving Tree
Each year for one week in December our Sanctuary becomes a Christmas wonderland as the community comes together to help brighten well over 800 needy children’s Christmas.
People from the various local churches and businesses purchase gifts for the children. The gifts are then dropped off at our church to be checked, sorted, bagged and delivered to the annual RISE Christmas Party. First United Methodist has become the storehouse for all of the gifts through a partnership with RISE our local Community Service Action Center.
